Families comparing ABA therapy in Logan NM can give each lead one job. Logan Municipal Schools answers education questions through its current contacts, FIT handles an age-bounded early-intervention inquiry, the exact product responds to one coverage request, and a named practice describes its offer. A Child Find and care sheet dates each answer without turning the village name, 301 N 2nd Street or a public link into private access.

Finni helps families connect with ABA providers. This guide is educational and is not an independent ranking.

Draw the boundary before comparing answers

Each line pairs one narrow question with its answerer, checked date, conditions, unanswered items and recheck event. A blank stays visible instead of borrowing an answer from a village record, school link, program page, health product or practice.

This guide’s six fixed pages were checked on September 19, 2026, but none establishes a Finni location, appointment or answer for a particular family. Before disclosing an address or membership detail, the family can ask whether that item is necessary for the narrow inquiry, how the recipient accepts it securely and which privacy terms govern the exchange.

Logan village identity stays in the place row

The Census Bureau’s current New Mexico incorporated-place table identifies Logan as a New Mexico village. That place record supports the public geographic label used here. It supplies no household residence, school assignment, FIT agency, health product, private service boundary, transportation or ABA availability.

The place line reads “Logan village,” names Census place evidence as answerer and dates the identity finding. A family address appears only beside an organization’s address-specific question, never as an extension of Census evidence.

A changed public name or evidence date sends the identity question back to Census evidence. An address change instead returns only address-dependent questions to the school, FIT, product or practice contact responsible for them.

The district door answers education questions

The Logan Municipal Schools website, checked October 3, identifies the district, publishes 301 N 2nd Street in Logan and displays district-resource links that include Special Education Topics and Child Find. These are education inquiry leads. The page establishes no household assignment, enrollment, education eligibility, service outcome, transportation, private-care permission, outside-provider access or treatment site.

The education question is concrete: “Does Logan Municipal Schools answer this issue for the complete household address?” A dated reply may confirm its role or name another education office. Until that answer arrives through the education process, the sheet records no assignment or enrollment.

The sheet labels 301 N 2nd Street “district contact,” not household boundary, transportation promise or care endpoint. If an offer names a school or public place, the practice must describe its clinical purpose and acceptance, while the relevant property contact answers whichever access terms apply. Family agreement remains a separate entry.

Child Find is a district resource, not a care offer

For Child Find, the family can record the district contact reached, concern shared, reply date, education step described and next check-in. The link itself is neither a diagnosis nor private intake; the responsible education process makes any evaluation, eligibility or education-service decision.

Child Find completion is not a source-established prerequisite for comparing private care. A practice requesting school material identifies why it is relevant to that proposal and which limited records it seeks. The district still decides no private acceptance or coverage question.

FIT occupies a different public-program row

New Mexico ECECD’s FIT Referrals page is an age-bounded starting point. Its form asks for the child’s address, while the provider-agency directory groups contacts by county or Indian Tribe. Evaluation and assessment come before an eligibility decision and any IFSP. Because the page describes quarterly updates, a family should treat the directory as a dated route rather than proof that a particular agency serves its Logan address.

A FIT inquiry carries the child’s age, concern, requested address, agency selected from the then-current list, contact date, receipt and that agency’s next step. A birthday, address change, newer list or different instruction prompts recheck. Logan, the district address and Child Find select no FIT agency.

A referral receipt shows only that FIT contact occurred. Eligibility, any IFSP, agency assignment, ABA recommendation, practice acceptance and coverage stay open. The sheet might show a dated Child Find reply, an age-applicable FIT question still open, a blank product line awaiting an offer and a later practice intake date; those dates describe events, not a required order.

Coverage starts with the exact product and offer

The New Mexico Health Care Authority ABA provider-information page organizes statewide ABA program, rule, fee-for-service, billing and workforce materials. It names no available Logan practice and provides no member-specific eligibility, benefit, provider participation, authorization, treatment amount, cost sharing or payment decision.

HCA’s Medical Assistance Division page offers statewide Medical Assistance orientation. It does not identify a particular person’s current product, approve a practice or resolve one private offer. The current member record and the responsible organization must supply the exact product and its current contact route.

The federal CMS Autism Services page supplies national Medicaid autism-service context. It cannot decide a New Mexico member’s product, eligibility, benefit, medical necessity, provider status, authorization, service amount, cost sharing or payment. The responsible product answers those questions for the proposal under review.

The coverage question copies one offer’s clinician, service, setting, amount, dates and billing details. The exact product’s dated reply records conditions, missing material, open amounts and its next contact. A changed product or offer triggers recheck; statewide navigation proves no participation or appointment.

A named proposal fills the private-care side

No fixed source confirms a Logan Finni clinic, staffed office, home-service reach, opening, appointment, accepted trip or clinical fit. Private comparison begins with a named intake contact and details supplied by that practice. The accepted care endpoint, if offered, cannot be inferred from the village record or district address.

Three dated entries prevent one clinical event from promising another. Diagnosis identifies the evaluation and scope. Assessment documents the communication, preferences, strengths, routines, environments and support needs explored. Recurring care appears only as the named offer’s clinician, prepared people, setting, schedule, response plan, reviews and handoffs.

A child- and family-valued purpose anchors the offer. One hypothetical goal is choosing a preferred way to request a break during a demanding transition and whether to resume. The accountable clinician connects observations, family knowledge, alternatives and uncertainty to the proposed amount and setting; “Logan” adds no clinical conclusion.

Adult authorization and the child’s continuing assent belong in different entries. The proposed plan can explain how staff interpret the child’s familiar communication, including AAC, approach, hesitation, a request to pause or withdrawal, and what they do next. Ordinary interests, ways of moving, communication styles and identity remain outside reduction goals unless a child-specific reason is established.

People, preparation and response have names

The people entry names the accountable clinician, direct-care person, any separate supervisor, scheduler and billing contact. Experience, preparation, current instructions, observation, supervision and feedback stay attached to the relevant role. A claimed credential is checked with its issuer; whether New Mexico licensure applies depends on the proposed role, work and jurisdiction.

When a substitute is proposed, the practice identifies who reviewed duties, child-specific preparation and current information, who supervises, and who will pause, alter or reassign care if readiness is incomplete. Family knowledge informs that clinical and staffing decision without transferring responsibility to the household.

For illness, distress, a safety concern or withdrawn assent, the offer names the clinical contact, stated response window and any interim direction. Scheduling and technical questions go elsewhere. Requested adult participation is distinguished as presence, coaching or an optional idea, with a proposal-specific reason, accessible explanation and alternative.

Settings and handoffs require proposal details

A home offer should spell out arrival, usable areas, interruptions, materials, adult availability and reasons to pause. The family can review the offered privacy arrangement, screen placement and record handling before accepting them. Siblings remain family members, not default helpers or participants; any proposed involvement needs a clear purpose and separate agreement.

A practice-site offer supplies the child-facing address, entrance accessibility for this child and family, proposed time, receiver, release arrangement and fallback for delay or early ending. For a school or community setting, clinical purpose, applicable property terms and practice acceptance need their own answers; the district page supplies none.

Remote care is compared as a distinct proposal, not an automatic substitute for missing staff, space or transportation. The practice identifies purpose, platform, participants, adult role, offered privacy arrangements and child comfort. If it proposes recording, the family’s choice and the stated access and retention terms are recorded; technical, clinical, scheduling and fee questions retain named contacts.

Travel questions begin only after the named practice supplies an accepted endpoint and appointment. For the outward direction, the family records departure, the practice receiver and a responsible-person fallback. For the return, it records the authorized household recipient and fallback. Endpoint, time or person changes require a fresh check. No fixed source proves a ride, duration or workable return.

Money records retain different speakers

The practice estimate dates its proposed service, clinician, setting, amount, charges, possible fees, assumptions and unknowns. The exact product answers coverage questions about that offer.

After claim processing, an explanation of benefits shows the product’s calculation, not the practice bill or payment proof. The billing contact explains charges and corrections. An offer, product or charge change triggers the corresponding recheck.

Records move for a stated purpose

For any record request, the sheet states the purpose, intended recipient, limited contents, applicable permission, secure submission method that recipient accepts, and its stated access or retention terms. School, FIT, product and practice processes may differ; family permission alone proves no recipient-specific requirement was met.

Delivery, acknowledgment and decision receive separate dates. A clinical review identifies the inputs considered, child and family experience, reason for review, accountable clinician, effective date, current limits and next review date.

A transfer entry can carry priorities, goals, supports, communication, safety information and open questions. Acceptance, plan and schedule belong to the receiving practice. Interim responsibility remains unanswered unless a clinician or organization accepts defined work for stated dates.

This sheet follows one household and one named offer for a defined comparison period. Family-entered details are not public findings. A changed address, age, source, product, offer, setting or handoff reopens only the questions that depend on it.

Questions that keep the boundary visible

Does Logan village identity establish school assignment?

No. Census identifies the incorporated place. An address-specific school question still belongs to the responsible education organization.

Does the district’s Child Find link confirm private ABA access?

No. It leads to an education inquiry. The education process, named practice and exact product answer different questions.

Is FIT a required step before a private comparison?

No universal order appears in the fixed sources. FIT is age bounded; private comparison may proceed while a FIT or Child Find answer is open.

When can the sheet show a workable afternoon?

After the practice supplies an endpoint, time and receiver, the product replies, and the household can assess both handoffs. The district address is not that endpoint.

Logan’s boundary sheet keeps useful leads useful

Census orients the place question; 301 N 2nd Street and Child Find route education inquiries. FIT, the exact product, a named offer and two travel directions retain their own dates and rechecks without converting a public lead into assignment, permission, coverage or availability.
