Bio

Danielle began her professional journey in education, before discovering the impact of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through her own family’s experience. This passion led her to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and eventually a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, graduating with distinction. With a specialization in early intervention, Danielle draws on her background in linguistics to create personalized communication goals for each child. She utilizes evidence-based practices that incorporate movement, auditory, and visual supports to enhance learning. Danielle has worked across a variety of settings, successfully reducing challenging behaviors such as elopement, aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction, tantrums, mouthing, and pica. Her therapeutic approach is play-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered, designed to meet each child’s unique short- and long-term needs. Danielle finds the greatest joy in watching her clients thrive and have fun while learning. She strongly believes that collaboration with families is essential to a child’s success and growth. At the heart of her work is a neuro-affirming philosophy: seeing each child as a whole person, not a diagnosis. Outside of sessions, Danielle enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and their little dog, Einstein.

What to expect

At Wildflower Grove ABA, we believe every child blooms in their own time and in their own way. Our mission is to gently nurture and cultivate your child’s strengths while helping build essential skills. Services begin with a comprehensive Assessments to identify your child’s strengths and areas for growth. Based on given assessments, we will develop an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) with meaningful, achievable goals, and review it with caregivers before beginning direct services. An RBT will start by getting to know your child through observation and play, building a foundation of trust and rapport. Once this connection is established, goals are naturally integrated into your child’s daily routines within the home. BCBA will overlap sessions in person or via telehealth, with weekly check-ins to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Parent collaboration is a key part of our process. Consultations can take place during regular sessions or in more dedicated time slots for deeper training. We also hold monthly team meetings to review progress, brainstorm new strategies, and address any barriers. Therapy can be structured with visual schedules or delivered in a more naturalistic, play-based manner—tailored to your child’s preferences and your family’s lifestyle. At Wildflower Grove, all services are highly individualized to support the best possible outcomes for your child.
