I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 10 years of experience practicing ABA in the Charlotte, NC area. My career began as a Special Education teacher before transitioning into Applied Behavior Analysis, and since then, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting families across all settings — clinic, home, community, school, and the transition into adulthood. I am passionate about empowering caregivers with the skills and confidence they need to support their child’s growth and independence. Outside of my professional life, I’m a mother to two beautiful children and married to my wonderful husband of four years. My practice is committed to providing a flexible, family-centered approach to support children and young adults at every stage of their journey.
I bring a diverse and well-rounded skill set to the families I serve, including expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, IEP support and advocacy, Early Intervention, and certification in the Early Start Denver Model. My experience also extends to caregiver coaching and collaborating closely with Speech and Occupational Therapy providers to create cohesive, meaningful progress for each child. I work with learners as young as 2 through the transitional ages of 16–18, supporting development across early childhood, school-age years, and the path toward greater independence. What makes my approach unique is that my work goes beyond providing ABA services — I see myself as both a clinician and an advocate for every child and family. My practice is intentionally BCBA-owned and operated, free from corporate pressures, allowing me to focus solely on what matters most: delivering individualized, compassionate, and effective support to the families we love to serve.
