A native of New York, Stephen values learning in dynamic environments to support others in achieving their personal best. Driven by a passion for helping others, he began his career coaching youth soccer before moving into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Stephen started in 2015 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and has since worked with a diverse range of individuals of all ages and abilities. In 2019, he became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and continues to provide high-quality care to those in his community. In his free time, Stephen enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and playing chess.
