Dr. Siti J. Ahmad is a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), International Behavior Analyst (IBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), and Certified Compass Behavioral Coach. She is dedicated to advancing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. As the founder and clinical director of Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, Dr. Ahmad brings over a decade of experience across clinical, educational, and integrated care settings. Her practice is rooted in culturally responsive methods and emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure meaningful, person-centered outcomes.
Dr. Ahmad specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), integrated behavioral health models, trauma-informed care, and the Compass Behavioral Curriculum. This structured coaching framework empowers families and caregivers with practical tools to support daily routines, build resilience, strengthen social-emotional development, and sustain therapeutic gains across home, school, and community settings. She provides individualized clinical and academic support services for clients with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and related conditions. She is licensed to practice in Washington State, Texas, Oklahoma, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Beyond her clinical leadership, Dr. Ahmad serves as an International Research Associate with the Doctor of Behavioral Health Program at Arizona State University, contributing to initiatives that foster global innovation and equity in behavioral health systems. She is also an active member of the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET) and remains committed to advancing scholarship, professional training, and public advocacy in the behavioral healthcare field.
