Senora Bivins is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities since 2015 and has been certified as a BCBA since 2020. She is the founder and clinical director of Bridging Voices Therapeutic Services, LLC, where she provides compassionate, individualized support rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Senora earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and later received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. With a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, Senora’s work focuses on: IEP advocacy and school collaboration, Crisis intervention and behavior support, Alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and family-centered. She is committed to helping individuals thrive in their homes, schools, and communities through personalized care, cultural humility, and strong collaboration

My work focuses on Neurodiversity Affirming care, community, IEP advocacy, and collaborative support.
