Chanelle is a credential Special Education Teacher and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Master of Science in Special Education and her Bachelor in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She has been providing ABA therapy since 2011. She is trained in the Peers Social Skills Program and a level one FTF therapist. Chanelle has extensive experience in fostering teamwork with clients, families, staff, and educators. Her primary focus is focus on achieving positive behavior change and enhancing the quality-of-life outcomes. She is adept at creating behavior plans tailored to the natural environment, collaborating closely with parents, staff, and caregivers to effectively implement behavior change strategies and skill development.
Chanelle offers personalized ABA therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, spanning from 12 months to 17 years old, in Greenville and Spartanburg Counties. Her services cater to a wide range of disability levels, from low functioning to high functioning. Her therapeutic programs take place within the child's natural environment, encompassing settings like home, school, after-school programs, and the community. The main objective of her therapy is twofold: to address behavioral challenges and skill deficits, while fostering independence, daily living abilities, functional, social, and communicative skills. Her ultimate aim is to enhance the quality of life for clients and their families, emphasizing the importance of skill generalization.
To ensure the highest standard of care, each client is paired with a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who crafts a comprehensive Autism treatment program and provides continuous supervision. Her approach integrates well-established ABA techniques seamlessly into a holistic, natural environment program, ensuring an effective and individualized experience for each client.
