My approach to therapy

At Lux Esto, we are committed to providing high quality, child-led, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that empowers children and adolescents to reach their full potential while experiencing joy in their everyday lives. Guided by a trauma-assumed approach, we deliver inclusive, comprehensive, and individualized services that honor each child's unique strengths, needs, and goals. Lux Esto is founded on the principles of Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) and Universal Protocols, which is a structured approach to teaching communication, toleration, and cooperation. Lux Esto meets children and families with warmth and empathy, which enables us to use your child’s natural talents in developing other skills. The name Lux Esto, meaning "Let Your Light Shine," reflects our mission to help children discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and reach their fullest potential.

What to expect

At Lux Esto, children and families can expect collaboration and compassion from the very first intake call. Families with neurodivergent children have unique needs, and we take a holistic approach to our care. Our highly trained clinicians will take the time to listen and understand each child and family’s strengths and potential areas for development. Instead of using one-size-fits-all assessment and treatment methods, our clinicians will blend the assessments and services that fit your child’s developmental needs most closely, illuminating a path toward confidence and growth.
