Ja'Meka Riley

Hi, I’m Ja’Meka! I’ve worked in ABA for over 10 years, including 3.5 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and nearly 7 years as a BCBA. I’m passionate about supporting children and families in meaningful, individualized ways and bringing both clinical knowledge and hands-on experience into my work. Growing up in a military family and moving frequently taught me the value of adaptability, connection, and understanding that every family’s journey is different. My approach is warm, collaborative, and neuroaffirming, focusing on building meaningful skills while celebrating each child’s strengths, personality, and individuality. I believe strong relationships and family partnerships are at the heart of quality care, and I strive to create supportive, positive experiences where children and families feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Our approach includes utilizing Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to build meaningful skills through play, daily routines, and child-led learning opportunities that feel natural and engaging. This approach combines clinical expertise with a warm, relationship-centered style that values family partnership, celebrates each child’s strengths, and creates supportive pathways for growth, learning, and independence — reflecting the mission behind Little Pathways.

At Little Pathways, we provide neuroaffirming ABA services that celebrate each child’s unique strengths, interests, and individuality. We partner closely with families to create meaningful, personalized goals that support communication, independence, emotional growth, and everyday life skills. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and relationship-centered, creating a supportive environment where children feel safe to learn and families feel heard, valued, and empowered every step of the way.
