Bio

Hi, I'm Caitlyn Metoyer, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas with a passion for helping children and families thrive through compassionate, individualized ABA services. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work in both clinical and leadership roles, supporting clients across a variety of settings while mentoring clinicians and behavior technicians. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, meaningful relationships, and collaboration with families to create lasting, functional change. I am also a published author in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, reflecting my commitment to advancing the field and providing the highest quality care. Above all, I believe every child deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated for who they are, and I am honored to be part of their journey.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, with expertise in behavior assessment, behavior reduction, skill acquisition, communication development, caregiver training, and supervision of behavior technicians. I have extensive experience developing and implementing effective treatment plans for challenging behaviors while teaching meaningful replacement skills that promote long-term success and independence. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, family-centered perspective, ensuring that interventions are both effective and practical for everyday life.

What to expect

Families can expect a collaborative, compassionate, and individualized ABA experience centered around their child's unique strengths, needs, and goals. I believe meaningful progress happens when families are active partners in the treatment process, so I prioritize open communication, transparency, and ongoing caregiver support. Services are designed to address challenging behaviors through evidence-based behavior reduction strategies while simultaneously building functional communication, independence, social skills, and other meaningful life skills. My goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and succeed while empowering families with the tools and confidence needed to support progress beyond therapy sessions.
