Beyond the Lamppost Autism Services

I began working in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014, and over the past decade, I have had the privilege of walking alongside more than 100 families. My experience includes providing services in clinics, schools, homes, and community settings, as well as serving as a Clinical Director for approximately five years. Each child and family has helped shape the way I practice and strengthened my belief that meaningful progress begins with listening, building trust, and understanding what matters most to the individual and those who love them. I am also a husband, a father of three, and an active member of my local community. Through my involvement in special needs ministry, I have seen how important it is for children and families to feel welcomed, understood, and supported wherever they go. My goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that celebrates each child’s strengths, supports the entire family, and helps create meaningful changes that extend far beyond a therapy session.

My areas of focus include early intervention, communication, language development, social skills, behavior reduction, and building greater independence across home, school, and community settings. I use an assent-based approach that respects each child’s communication, comfort, preferences, and willingness to participate. I believe therapy should be individualized and genuinely enjoyable while still maintaining high expectations for every child. By combining evidence-based strategies with creativity, patience, and meaningful relationships, I create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to reach their fullest potential.

Families can expect compassionate, individualized ABA services built around their child’s strengths, needs, interests, and goals. Treatment is collaborative and assent-based, with an emphasis on communication, meaningful skill development, greater independence, and progress that carries over into everyday life. Sessions are designed to be engaging and enjoyable while maintaining high expectations and providing the support each child needs to succeed. Families are valued as essential members of the team and can expect open communication, practical guidance, and active involvement throughout their child’s ABA experience.
