
Ashley Baldwin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Since 2018, she has been providing ABA therapy to children of ages 2–18 years old in home, school, clinical, and community settings. Ashley received her Bachelor's in Science from Purdue University and her Master's in Special Education from Ball State University. In 2025, Ashley founded Applied Behavior Advisors to bring high-quality, locally focused ABA services to the community and to better meet the needs of families seeking individualized support.
Ashley's approach is rooted in individualized, evidence-based ABA strategies that improve quality of life, empower families, and promote dignity, independence, and inclusion through ethical, compassionate, data-driven practice. She specializes in supporting children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other related developmental needs. Her range of skills includes behavior assessments (i.e., Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), FAST, QABF, etc.), skill assessments and curriculums (i.e., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.), parent coaching, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team (i.e., school, speech therapist, occupational therapist, etc.).
At Applied Behavior Advisors, we offer individualized-based treatment to reduce challenging behaviors along with improving communication, social, and daily living skills. Based on the medically necessary recommended hours, service hours can range from 10-30 hours per week.
